Lei Yang assists in internal investigations and government enforcement defense matters, including regulatory matters involving industries such as life sciences, information technology, energy and finance. In particular, he is experienced in matters involving anti-corruption and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), conflicts of interest and fraud.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Yang practiced at Fangda Partners, working in matters involving regulatory compliance. Prior to that, he worked in-house at Google China and practiced at King & Wood Mallesons.
