Julian Pymento represents clients in high-stakes litigation related to patent infringement and other intellectual property disputes. In particular, he has a focus on enforcing patents related to electrical and computer arts, including through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Pymento practiced at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel and Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, focusing on patent litigation. He also has experience with patent prosecution, and has co-created and taught “Patent Law Essentials: What Scientists, Engineers, Physicians & Entrepreneurs Need to Know,” a workshop covering the basics of U.S. patent law at top universities in the U.S. and Singapore.
