Josh Sheptow focuses his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation and class actions, with a particular emphasis on the financial services sector. In particular, Mr. Sheptow has experience litigating cases involving securities and financial products. He also represents clients in connection with international judgment enforcement and asset recovery matters.

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Sheptow practiced at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, where he focused on complex civil litigation. Prior to attending law school he earned a PhD in philosophy and spent a year as a predoctoral fellow in philosophy at Princeton University.
