Jaclyn Marasco is an experienced litigator with a focus on insolvency, bankruptcy litigation and debtor-creditor disputes. She represents both debtors and creditors, as well as court-appointed fiduciaries, in high-stakes cross-border commercial disputes with a nexus to the state of Delaware.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Marasco practiced at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP. Prior to that, she was a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice Office of the U.S. Trustee’s Delaware office, where she focused on Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases involving fraud and abuse. She also clerked for the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and for the Honorable Diane Davis of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.
