Jack Colthurst is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on high-stakes, contentious restructuring and insolvency disputes, as well as corporate and commercial litigation. He has a particular focus on the financial services and technology sectors, and has experience representing institutional clients in high-profile shareholder disputes, administration appointments, wind-up and forfeiture proceedings, and other contentious debtor- and creditor-led assignments.

In addition, Mr. Colthurst has experience of aviation and defense disputes, franchising disputes and institutional and ad hoc arbitration.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Colthurst practiced at Linklaters, working in the firm’s dispute resolution team.
