Irene Kim, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving intellectual property litigation and government enforcement defense. Her recent matters include the representation of a pharmaceutical company in response to a potential U.S. International Trade Commission Section 337 investigation arising from allegations of patent infringement. She also provides research and analysis in connection with the firm’s representation of a proprietary trading firm in an arbitration and civil litigation involving allegations of illegal spoofing activity in relation to U.S. Department of the Treasury futures on the Chicago Board of Trade exchange. Ms. Kim received her BA from Stanford University.
