Hugham Chan represents clients in various industries, including pharmaceutical and auto, in complex commercial disputes. He has particular experience in matters involving intellectual property and technology.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Chan clerked for the Honorable Raymond T. Chen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Earlier in his career, he practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he litigated cases in federal district courts, including some relating to the Hatch-Waxman Act, as well as Section 337 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
