Gabrielle Liu focuses on cross-border commercial and insolvency disputes related to China. She advises Asia-based clients in international disputes involving the monetization and dilution of multi-million-dollar judgments and arbitration awards and on the application of cross-border insolvency tools in global asset recovery strategies.
Ms. Liu represents listed companies and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the monetization and recovery of assets. The matters often involve fraud, misconduct and asset concealment in developing strategies spanning multiple jurisdictions including Hong Kong, China, Korea, Singapore, UK, U.S. and offshore jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Liu practiced with Mayer Brown JSM in the bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency group.
