
Emma Kiver, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, assists in matters involving financial products and services litigation, government enforcement defense, and international judgment enforcement and offshore asset recovery.
Her most recent matters include providing research and analysis with respect to litigation between a large corporate entity and major banks regarding claims for misrepresentation and deceit, and a valuation trial to obtain a quantum figure for the damages suffered by a client involved in the oil and gas industry. Ms. Kiver also provides research and analysis enforcing monetary judgments against major companies and sovereign states across a variety of jurisdictions.
Ms. Kiver received her undergraduate law degree from Queen Mary, University of London. She was called to the Bar of England & Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2015.
