
Emma Conover-Crockett, under the supervision of the firm's lawyers, provides support in matters involving international judgment enforcement and government enforcement defense.
Her recent matters include assisting with the representation of a capital market company in the enforcement of US $6.5 billion arbitration award, as well as providing assistance related to the representation of American Renal Associates, a publicly traded nationwide dialysis provider, in a suit by United Healthcare, the nation’s largest insurer, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
The case involved allegations of a fraudulent scheme to improperly enroll patients in United’s insurance policies and submit inflated bills for dialysis treatments provided in Florida and Ohio clinics.
Ms. Conover-Crockett received her BA from Kenyon College.
