Daniel C. Mozley, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, focuses on litigations involving financial products and services and government enforcement defense matters.
Mr. Mozley has provided specialized litigation support in investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as in the preparation of a complaint submitted to the SEC’s Office of the Whistleblower. Mr. Mozley has also provided research and analysis in connection with the representation of residential mortgage-backed securities trustees in multiple litigations seeking repurchase of defective mortgage loans underlying several residential mortgage-backed securitization trusts.
Mr. Mozley received his AB from Princeton University.
