Alexandria Swette represents individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigations, with particular focus on internal investigations relating to fraud, government inquiries and other allegations of misconduct.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Swette practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she focused on shareholder class action and derivative suits, internal investigations and litigation involving mergers and acquisitions. She also advised boards of directors, senior management and special committees on corporate governance, disclosure, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Weil, Ms. Swette clerked for the Honorable Francisco A. Besosa of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
