Shaun Wu Tackles Anti-Corruption Risks and Internal Investigations in China

Shanghai-based lawyer Shaun Wu will lead two discussions on anti-corruption efforts in China at the China Forum on Anti-Corruption taking place on June 5-6 in Shanghai hosted by the American Conference Institute.

During the session, “Global Corporate Headquarter CCO Speaks on How She Views Anti-Corruption Risks in China,” taking place on June 5, Mr. Wu will interview the Vice President & Assistance General Counsel of Texas Instruments, Sheana Chen, on how multinational corporations can manage regulatory compliance and mitigate risk across jurisdictions and particularly in China.

On June 6, Mr. Wu will also moderate the panel, “How to Respond to the Most Stringent Investigation — Case Study on Chinese Government Joint Enforcement,” during which he will review the new cross-border regulatory framework and internal investigations in China, and share practical guidance on how to respond to joint enforcement.
