Shaun Wu on Corporate Integrity and Compliance on the Belt and Road for Chinese and G20 Member State Companies

On Thursday, July 18th, Kobre & Kim’s Shaun Wu will be speaking at the Seminar on Business Integrity and Compliance for the Belt and Road in Beijing, China.

Co-hosted by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China, the National Commission of Supervision of the People’s Republic of China, and the World Bank Group, the Seminar will examine issues of corporate integrity and compliance on the Belt and Road for G20 Member State companies.

Mr. Wu, who has served as the independent integrity compliance monitor to Chinese state-owned enterprises, will be offering comments on critical areas of corporate compliance, the failure of which can have deleterious impact on an enterprise. Additionally, Mr. Wu will deliver a presentation on how partners to China’s Belt and Road Initiative can effectively strengthen their integrity and compliance programs.
