Shaun Wu Moderates Panel on Anti-Corruption in China

Hong Kong-based lawyer Shaun Wu led a panel discussion on the current anti-corruption, regulatory, and enforcement landscape in China at the International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Mr. Wu and his fellow panelists discussed how China’s new consumer protection law affects multinationals operating in China, local government anti-corruption compliance expectations, current investigative procedures, and ways that multinational companies can mitigate risks that are unique to operating in China.
