Shaun Wu Explores Internal Investigations and Anti-Corruption Risks in China at Duxes Summit

Shanghai-based lawyer Shaun Wu will lead two discussions focused on the impact of internal investigations and anti-corruption risks in China at the Duxes China Anti-Corruption Compliance Summit October 26 and 27 in Shanghai.

On October 26, Mr. Wu will moderate the panel “Internal Investigations and Regulatory Issues for Multinational Corporations in China and Asia-Pacific” and address China’s changing regulatory landscape and its potential impact on businesses in the region. The presentation will also tackle compliance policies in China, managing legal risks across multiple jurisdictions and the future of China’s anti-corruption regime.

On October 27, during the session “Monitoring Anti-Corruption Risk in China: Suppliers, Distributors, and Third-Party Agents,” Mr. Wu will explore legal privilege and data protection in internal investigations, the latest enforcement mechanisms in China, and the importance of third-party due diligence for multinational corporations.
