Kobre & Kim’s Scott Hulsey recently spoke with Compliance Week on the increased enforcement activity coming from the U.S. Department of Justice during 2020 and, consequently, the increased risk for compliance officers across various industries.

In particular, it is expected that the coordination between the Department of Justice and other countries’ antitrust enforcement agencies will evolve. Referring to the international antitrust community’s recent adoption of the Multilateral Framework on Procedures, specifically designed to promote cross-border coordination, Mr. Hulsey said, “These are just a few examples of why this will be a hot area to watch.”
