Congratulations to Kobre & Kim’s Nicholas Surmacz, who was selected by Global Investigations Review (GIR) to be on the third edition of their “40 Under 40” list recognizing highly-accomplished young investigations specialists shaping the future of this fast-evolving area of law.
Surmacz spoke with GIR about his work representing corporate entities and high-net-worth individuals, his skills gained from working in the U.S. Department of Justice, and the fact that his current home base of London allows him to be easily deployed across Europe, the Middle East and numerous African jurisdictions.
In compiling their list, the publication considers a range of factors, such as the lawyer’s experience in investigations, the quality of their references and the jurisdiction they work in.
