Kobre & Kim Bolsters Hong Kong Practice With New Hires

Kobre & Kim is pleased to announce the appointment of Randall Arthur, who has joined the firm in its Hong Kong office. Mr. Arthur, a well-known and highly respected commercial litigator, has been practicing in Hong Kong for much of his career, focusing on insolvency and debtor-creditor matters; fraud and asset tracing; international judgment enforcement; and commercial litigation, including financial products and services, joint venture disputes, partnership disputes, and shareholder disputes.

Mr. Arthur has also received numerous accolades from Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500, in which he is noted as being "an extremely competent, very knowledgeable insolvency practitioner, with considerable technical expertise." He is also a frequent speaker and lecturer on topics related to contentious bankruptcy and insolvency, fraud, and asset tracing and international judgment enforcement. He has presented at industry events such as INSOL Shanghai and Singapore, as well as at C5 Fraud conferences in Miami and Geneva and Asia Legal Business conferences, among others.

Another recent addition to the Hong Kong office is Gabrielle Liu, who will focus on insolvency and debtor-creditor disputes, as well as international judgment enforcement matters. Ms. Liu previously worked at Mayer Brown JSM, where she handled matters relating to bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency.
