Jason Masimore Examines Multijurisdictional Settlements at C5 Anti-Corruption London

Former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor Jason Masimore will examine how to manage enforcement agencies’ competing interests when negotiating multijurisdictional settlements at the C5 Anti-Corruption London conference on June 28. The panel, titled “Negotiating and Coordinating Multi-Jurisdictional Settlements: How to Achieve A Global Agreement with Many Enforcement Agencies,” will explore key considerations for coordinating cases of concurrent jurisdiction, including different standards of corporate liability, sentencing principles, scope of negotiation, and the significance of position with regard to evidence-building and cooperation obligations.
