Kobre & Kim Obtains Order Vacating Client's Conviction and New Trial Granted in International Extradition Case

Kobre & Kim successfully persuaded the Pennsylvania appellate courts to vacate the conviction of a client charged with a serious felony and to grant a new trial on less-serious charges. This result followed the outright dismissal of other charges against the client after Kobre & Kim filed motions citing mistakes in the formal request submitted by the prosecutors in requesting the extradition of the client from the UK.
