Rebecca Hume and Jef Klazen Attend Exclusive Cambridge Forum as Steering Committee Members

Kobre & Kim’s Rebecca Hume and Jef Klazen will be attending Cambridge Forum’s Forum on International Enforcement of Judgments & Awards, taking place virtually from December 4 to 8, 2020.
As two of the eleven members on the Steering Committee, Ms. Hume and Mr. Klazen will be joined by an invite-only group of professionals, including private practitioners, investigators, forensic accountants and funders, who are at the top of the field of enforcement of judgments and awards. The attendees will engage in seminar-style virtual discussions on civil and criminal law differences to identify trends and developments on the most pressing issues of the day. In particular, Mr. Klazen will lead one of the discussions, “Go After the Data: Discovery, Receivers, Criminal Complaints and Other Tools,” on December 7.
