Kobre & Kim’s Nick Cherryman will moderate a panel on trends in arbitration and asset recovery in a post-pandemic world at the virtual Arbitration and Fraud in Russia & CIS conference hosted by Informa on April 13, 2021 at 3:00 pm EET / 9:00 am EDT.
Drawing upon his extensive experience with complex multijurisdictional disputes involving judgment enforcement, asset recovery, offshore and insolvency litigation, Mr. Cherryman will facilitate a discussion between Alessandro Volcic of Kroll, Maxim Kulkov of KK&P, Steven Molo of MoloLamken and Valts Nerets of Sorainen.
Panelists will explore how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected different sectors of the legal field – from insolvency moratoria and fully remote hearings to even a rapid increase in instances of cyber-related fraud – as well as which of these changes will become the norm over the next 12 months.
