Kobre & Kim’s Marcus Green joins a workshop panel of experts to discuss the step-by-step process of case underwriting at Momentum Events’ General Counsel Forum on Litigation Finance on May 1 in New York, NY. In the panel, titled “To Fund or Not to Fund? A Day-in-the-Life of Case Underwriting & Due Diligence,” Mr. Green draws from experience in worldwide asset-tracing and recovery to walk through a case analysis, assessing its legal merits, deal economics, collection risks and other investment factors relevant to legal professionals when underwriting cases.
