Zach Rosenbaum to Speak at 22nd Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference

February 19, 2026

Kobre & Kim partner Zach Rosenbaum will speak on the panel “Winning in the Private Credit Origination Game” at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference on Friday, February 20, 2026.

The Wharton conference is the largest restructuring and distressed investing-focused, school-run conference in the United States and convenes industry leaders, academics, and students to explore key developments shaping the restructuring and distressed investing landscape. This year’s theme, “Restructuring in the Age of Private Credit,” will examine the expanding role of private credit and its growing influence on restructuring strategies and outcomes.

The panel will explore how private credit managers are navigating an increasingly competitive origination environment, including the strategies and relationships driving deal flow, and how firms are positioning themselves for 2026 and beyond.

Zach will be joined by Richard Eddison (Third Point), Michael Leitner (Stonepeak) and Sheel Patel (Mayer Brown), and the discussion will be moderated by James Doak of Stifel.
