Kobre & Kim's Andrew Stafford KC and Nicholas Surmacz to Speak at IAKL Annual Conference

As co-host of the International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL) 33rd Annual Conference in London, Kobre & Kim is pleased to share that lawyers Nicholas Surmacz and Andrew Stafford KC will participate in panel discussions on October 1.

Nick will join a panel titled "When Private Disputes Turn Public: Managing Business Conflicts That Spill Into Government Investigations," examining the challenges businesses face when commercial disputes attract regulatory, enforcement, or governmental scrutiny across jurisdictions.

Later that day, Andrew will participate in "From Award to Recovery: Monetizing Claims in Korea-Related Joint Venture Disputes," discussing strategies for transforming successful claims into recoveries in complex cross-border disputes and joint venture conflicts.
