Citing the growth of cross-border litigation, Jonathan Cogan, John Couriel, and Robin Rathmell hosted a webinar on ways to locate and gather evidence in the U.S., the UK, and English-law jurisdictions. The team explored ways that those involved in litigation outside the U.S. and the UK could leverage various tools to access information, including depositions, financial records, bank accounts, assets, and other documents located in those jurisdictions.
