Jef Klazen, Richard Clarke, and Jason Kang join International Enforcement of Judgements and Awards Forum

This weekend, Kobre & Kim’s Jef Klazen, Richard Clarke, and Jason Kang attended the Cambridge Forum on International Enforcement of Judgements and Awards in Surrey, United Kingdom. True to the firm’s focus on cross-border disputes, Mr. Klazen, Mr. Clarke, and Mr. Kang all shared their experiences working from each of their different locations: New York, Dubai, and Shanghai.
The event welcomed 52 specialists from around the world, including private practitioners, investigators, insolvency practitioners, and litigation funders. As committee co-chair, Mr. Klazen helped lead many of the group’s discussions around cross-border asset tracing, asset freezes and debt collection using tools from civil and common law traditions, criminal law, and insolvency.
