Jason Kang to Speak at Disposal of Non-Performing Assets Seminar in Beijing

Kobre & Kim’s Jason J. Kang will join the Seminar on Frontier Exploration and Legal Safeguards in the Disposal of Non-Performing Assets, hosted by Hozu Capital and organized by Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Beijing International Arbitration Court (BIAC), China (Beijing) Securities and Futures Arbitration Center, and Beijing International Dispute Resolution Development Center.
The seminar will take place on October 30, 2025, from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Beijing Zhengda Center. Jason will participate in the roundtable Risk Insights and Capital Solutions, bringing together industry leaders to discuss key challenges and emerging issues in the disposal of non-performing assets. Through professional exchange and cross-sector dialogue, the forum aims to promote more efficient, standardized, and forward-looking approaches to asset disposal, fostering collaboration and building industry consensus.
