Kobre & Kim’s Daniel Saval will speak at the International Bar Association’s 31st Annual Global Insolvency and Restructuring Conference, taking place May 31–June 2, 2026, in Berlin.
The conference brings together leading practitioners to examine key developments shaping cross-border insolvency and restructuring, including evolving strategies around multinational defaults, asset recovery, and distressed investing in an increasingly complex global environment.
Mr. Saval will join fellow panelists on June 1 to share perspectives drawn from his experience advising on cross-border insolvency and asset recovery matters, contributing to discussions on how practitioners can navigate competing jurisdictions and maximize recovery outcomes.
