Andrew Stafford KC to Speak at the IBA Annual Litigation Forum 2026 in Madrid

Kobre & Kim's Andrew Stafford KC will speak at the International Bar Association’s Annual Litigation Forum 2026, taking place in Madrid.
Andrew will join a panel titled “News from the world: the latest in transnational litigation,” a fast-moving, jurisdiction-spanning discussion of key developments shaping cross-border disputes. The session will explore the expanding landscape of international litigation, including the funding of claims, increasing regulatory scrutiny, courts under pressure, and emerging solutions. Panelists will also examine forum competition and collaboration, procedural innovations, and how litigators are navigating challenges arising from digital communications, confidentiality, data protection, and freedom of information.
The session takes place on Friday, 17 April, from 11:30 to 13:00, and will be chaired by Jane Colston of Brown Rudnick LLP and Lydia Danon of Cooke Young & Keidan. Andrew will be joined by fellow speakers Adrian Chadwick of Hadef & Partners, Nicholas Tse of Alem & Associates, and Leanne Zheng of JunHe.
