Bankruptcy and debtor-creditor disputes lawyer Jeremy Hollembeak has been named a fellow at INSOL International. Mr. Hollembeak is one of only 16 lawyers to be named a fellow this year, joining the ranks of select practitioners who have an advanced educational qualification focused specifically on international insolvency. INSOL fellows, who each represent various jurisdictions worldwide, are a small group of experienced lawyers who have completed a Global Insolvency Practice Course intensive on the transnational and international aspects of legal and financial problems of businesses in distress.
