Andrew Lourie participated in ACI’s Anti-Corruption Conference on October 16 in Miami. Mr. Lourie and his co-panelists presented on the panel “How Directors and Officers Can Be Held Liable for Corruption Violations.” The panel discussed the continued government focus on individuals, increase in shareholder disputes, and the benefits of an effective compliance program.
