Based full time in Delaware, Mr. Astringer focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and insolvency related disputes and has experience representing debtors, secured lenders, committees and other parties of interest in high-stakes restructuring and bankruptcy matters, including chapter 11 and out-of-court workouts.
