Robin Rathmell and Polly Wilkins Recognized in 2022 Spear’s 500

We are proud that Kobre & Kim’s Robin Rathmell and Polly Wilkins have both been recognized in the 2022 edition of The Spear’s 500 by Spear’s Magazine, a guide to the top private client advisors, wealth managers, lawyers and service providers for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Spear’s noted Mr. Rathmell’s dual UK and U.S. qualifications and practice covering fraud, money laundering, asset forfeiture, contentious trust disputes, international sanctions regimes and other forms of misconduct. The magazine highlights Mr. Rathmell’s approach, quoting him as saying, “It is critical to devise bespoke strategic solutions when representing UHNWIs whose circumstances change – often at short notice – requiring offensive, counter-offensive, and defensive strategies in relation to their issues.”
The list also looks at Ms. Wilkins’ focus on high-profile cross-border investigations and litigation, often advising clients on multiple fronts to defend their personal and business reputations. “Managing these issues is complex enough but having to deal with those allegations being published repeatedly – whether in the press, on social media, in compliance due diligence reports, or by international bodies and government agencies – quickly ramps up the status to ‘crisis’ levels,” the magazine quotes her explaining.
