Kobre & Kim has contributed to the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong chapters of the 2015 edition of Getting the Deal Through: Enforcement of Foreign Judgments. James Corbett QC and Pamela Mitchell co-authored a chapter on the enforcement of foreign judgments in the Cayman Islands, exploring the common law provisions and principles the country provides in aid of the enforcement of foreign judgments. Randall Arthur and Gabrielle Liu also analyzed in the Hong Kong chapter the key issues concerning enforcing foreign judgments in Hong Kong, including relevant regulations and conventions, types of enforceable order, defenses, and judicial requirements.
